      Hi there,

Yes – I have several collaborators to visit in Norway, and I have been invited to a workshop in Niger early next year. And then I might attend a conference in New Zealand next summer – so that’s the scientific plans so far 🙂

Can’t really coin it as a scientific trip, but I am going to San Diego at the end of June to go to the SPIE Astronomical Instrumentation conference. I will also be presenting a course at the conference. Check it out at:

      Hi Naylor

      Not at the moment! i

I had 4 data collection trips to synchrotrons (the special X-ray generators I need to get data from my protein crystals) in May, as well as a Meeting and a Symposium! I’ve spent the last month travelling between Oxford, London and Paris so now it’s time to stop a bit so I can analyse my data and reflect on the results. 😉

Yes, I’m going to a UFAW (Unviersities Federation of Animal Welfare) conference the end of this month – just in York though, so not a big trip!

Well, I’m going to Alton Towers with work in a few weeks if that counts?! 😉
I’ll be testing the velocity of Rita Queen of Speed……
