      Hi laurennx and bruno

Well, sometimes it can be hard, I’m not going to pretend… Every now and then we are faced with difficult problems and have to think and try hard to find a solution. But that’s when it gets fun as well, at least for me!!! I really like trying to understand things and make it work – that’s when I really learn something new! 😉

Also, when you finally solve the problem, it’s really rewarding and exciting! 😉

So it can be hard – but that’s the fun in doing it! 😉

      Hi there,

It’s never hard when you are passionate about it – you do not count the hours, you enjoy the ride more than the destination 😉 I have always felt lucky to have the chance to do such a cool job!

Yes and it can be quite frustrating going round in circles, but the satifasction of solving a problem far outweighs the frustration. And actually a lot of fun can be had in trying out different scenarios to try and work out what is going on. That’s what research is all about!

It can be very hard – especially if you’ve done a bunch of research and you still can’t figure a problem out. It is very rewarding once you succeed but there are often times when you can feel discouraged or frustrated.
