      Hi Louisa

Science is a big subject, that covers many areas from astronomy to microbiology to maths, to many more… I think it’s hard for someone nowadays to cover all that!

I choose to specialise in a field I liked and found fascinating: structural biology, that is, trying to understand how proteins look like and work. And I think I’m good in what I do 😉

I’m also interested in other scientific areas within biology/medical sciences as well as completely unrelated areas like astronomy, for example. I try to keep up-to-date in other fields and read about recent advances and discoveries. It’s all part of being curious and wanting to know how things work! ;-
