      Hi there,

I helped demonstrate that satellites can be used to predict the effects of climate change on wildlife – I think that’s what I’m the most proud of so far 🙂

Hmmm….I think what I’m most proud of is my work with the RSPCA looking at pet rabbit welfare. There’s been lots of work on laboratory rabbits and rabbits farmed for meat but noone had done work on pet rabbits. So it was pioneering work in a way and its leading to more funding for research to improve pet rabbit welfare 🙂

      Hi Emii

Tough one… I’m proud of all my work. Whenever I determined a structure that was hard and took a lot of effort to do, I get really, really proud.

Like the proteins I’m working now. They are responsible for a fungus sticking to human cells and cause disease. People have been studying them for many years and nobody really managed to determined the structure. It took me a while, but I did, so I’m really, really proud of that, specially because it can lead to the development of new and more efficient drug!

I am very proud of my ability to develop products within a short space of time and with a limited budget. So it is hard to say which of the many products I have been involved I am the most proud of.

My PhD research is the work i’m most proud of because it took so long to complete and there were times when i felt like quitting, but with some hard work and determination i finally managed to finish it, which is very satisfying!
