      Hi Lola,

Who told you you are fat? why do you think you are fat?
Lack of exercise and unbalanced diet can lead to weight gain

Well, weight has a number of factors. Some of it is genetic, some weight gain has a medical basis but mostly its due to taking in too many calories and not burining enough off.
I know its tough but try not to be hard on yourself – just try to eat healthier, get some exercise and try to like who you are, REGARDLESS of weight 🙂

They claim it is because you eat too much and do too little exercise. Logically it should be true. Energy In – Engery Used = x. If x is equall to zero there will be no gain loss or gain. If x is negative you should loose weight, but if x is positive you will gain weight. Simple! However it is not that simple because there is a lot about weight gain and loss that we don’t understand. A lot of theories of how to loose weight…

      Hi there

I don’t know if you are or not, but there are many reasons behind obesity, so I can’t say which one might apply to you… But for causes of obesity, have a look here:

      Hope that helped! ;-0

      You’re not fat!!

      But…..
it’s because you are consuming more calories than your body is burning on a regular basis. The number of overweight people in the UK is increaseing because we don’t do as much exercise as we used to (use cars instead of walking, play on computers instead of going outside) and we eat more fast food. Losing weight is hard as it means saying no to biscuits, chocolate, crisps, and burgers and going for walks or playing sport like netball, rounders, badminton, football, and kiss chase. Okay, maybe not kiss chase, but you get the picture.
